The author of the book is 關聖帝君 （Guan Gong). Hmm u may not believe.. but that is wad specified in the book.

The name of the book is 關聖帝君戒淫經.

Sorry i make a mistake. This book contain the above scripture. After that the scripture, there are somd page with the phrase i mentioned earlier. So that phrase not exactly part of the scripture by Guan Gong. But it is trying to relate to the scripture content.
