Looking for good real estate agent who is responsible and effective
I am helping a friend to look for a good responsible real estate agent.
He is selling his house, a private property, and his current agent is very lousy. Always never answered calls. Always busy. Always at meetings. Said will return call but never did. And the agent is getting a cut of $50K if the deal goes through! WTH! Lousy attitude and damn terrible. Please PM me if you can recommend a good one. Preferably someone who can move fast. I will be thankful! Sorry for posting this in an adult forum.
