Have the mummy-san or papa-san complained to yr friends that the tips u gave that is not enough? When u paid for the bill, and after sucks servies fr the mummy or papa san, u did't gave the usual $50 tips but $30-$40. He/she complained to yr friends abt it. How would u feel? I m pissed cos it happened to me twice, 2 different ppl. My friend also kena few times before. Should we start naming them?

I am all for this.

When I find the mamasan's service is too lousy, I will tip her less than usual.

Add salt to her wound, you can deliberately pay your Gals more in front of her (provided your gals serve you well), this will drive the message across.

And if the mamasan gives you crap, change to new mamasan - you are not oblige to stick to her since you are the BOSS, paying customers

New pattern for 2008. go to a ktv, said you r new. Any mamasan you know? Just tell them ask all the mamasans to fall in and you pick.

ha!this is indeed new.but can we use this at most plc or just some thats been tested and proven?

i remember this incident when i brought my clients to XTD on sunday three yrs back.the mummy was off that day and the assistance mummy attended to us.After 3 to 4 hour of singing and playing,we decided to call it a day and asked for the bill.we paid the bill and also tipped the assistance mummy 50 buck.But she refused to leave the room and keep pestering me to give another 50 buck for the mummy.....i was shocked because today the mummy was off,wtf must we pay her? i told her no,but she kept pulling my shelve and said like that she very hard to answer to her mummy.....i was really angry but i kept my cool since all my client were there thus i paid her off and told her i not coming back again.To my horror,she said XTD everyday fullhouse,customer alway too many to handle.....i kept my cool and left the place,swearing never come back again.....

A good example quoted by takashitei. If the KTV offers lousy service, poor quality girls and awful environment, we as customers will not return and they themselves cause their demise.

I always believe "never return to the place if their service is lousy". As paying customers, they have to respect us. We do not want pay $$ and be treated as "clown".

Also, I have to tell you that there are such people who will keep complaining, and end of the day they will still go back despite the "suffering" and "unhappiness". I am speechless for such people!! I dun have to look far, bcoz I have such friends.

Actually i dont really like the assistance mummy arrangement,because we need to pay both mummy and her assistance.Worse of all, they normally show their face once or twice,and expect us to pay 50 buck each...not that we cant afford but money must be well spent,not just anyhow throw.And that is y tongguan,bs and th are more welcome by bros.

Personally, I had encountered this several times already and I believed that there are more to come in the future.

Why? Because of my friends loh. Cant understand their way of thinking.

An example would be that quoted by bro 5stars. Why do you want to pay $$ to suffer unhappiness? Weird thinking.

IMHO, if the service is f***-up, there is reason for you to tip less. The experience by bro takashitei is a eye-opener for me.

Anyway, I tot XTD changed boss and now re-opened already. Sorry, was out of Sillypore for quite some time hence not up-to-date.

And we all know what happened to XTD on its last few months of existence. Ghost town, no girls, no customers.

Sometimes when business is good, these ppl forget who pays their salary and become too proud for their own good. Well what comes round and goes around.... XTD was a deadzone for nearly 1 year before it finally closed door.

Now it's re-opened as club royce.
