My brother in law, 48 yo, had his first Covid vaccination on 18 April 2021. He was fine until 6 hours later when he contacted us that he was feeling very weak and giddy. Family tried to send him to the hospital but he was too weak to be moved. Ambulance was called in.

Upon admission to Changi General Hospital, family was informed that he suffered a stroke and both his vision were lost; temporary...
