Pomegranate Juice
An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
Prior to being diagnosed with Type 2, I drank a glass of pomegranate juice a day for its heart health benefits, especially in reducing plaque in the arteries. After my diagnosis, I gave up all fruit juices (too much sugar) and switched to fresh fruit instead.
