Hotel to stay in pattaya

Hi bros,

Normally which 4 or 5 star hotels will you guy recommend
to stay in pattaya ?

Perfer to have balcony with ocean view.

Cleaniess is my first choice and would perfer
Shopping mall, transpiration , restaurant nearby.

You can try looking at Somerset Pattaya. I think it checks most of your criterias
